Welcome to Aspire

Providing residents of LHA with individualized support that promotes well-being, independence, and housing stability since 2018.

Beyond housing. Toward stability.

Aspire funds programming that supports well-being, economic independence, and housing for low-income families. Check out our core areas of focus.

Youth and Family

Kids growing up in low-income households face a higher risk of falling behind in school and facing health and behavioral challenges. Aspire works with key partners to support youth and strengthen families. Program services include literacy programming, leadership development, parenting support groups, food assistance, and community resources.

Older Adults

Many older adults live on limited, fixed incomes and face barriers to healthcare and staying active. Aspire supports aging in place, helping older adults live full, independent lives with dignity and purpose. Program services include recreation, health and wellness classes, care coordination, educational programming, and community events.

Veterans

Veterans transitioning to civilian life often face unique challenges navigating benefits, healthcare, and community connection. Aspire supports veterans through personalized case management and peer fellowship. Program services include VA benefit navigation, health and wellness opportunities, and emergency assistance.

Our Impact

In 2025, Aspire delivered nearly 8,000 programs and services to 845 residents across LHA communities. This work is only possible because of our partners, funders, and community supporters, and the residents who invite us to be part of their journey toward stability and independence. We’re grateful for every connection that made this year’s impact possible.

"Aspire has been a lifeline for me during challenging times, helping me fill in the gaps with groceries and bills. When I had COVID, they found resources to cover my living expenses and ensured my boys didn’t go without. The Resident Service Coordinator has been incredible at advocating for residents, bridging the gap between us and the LHA. She has always made me feel valued and worthy of a better life, believing in me even when I struggled to believe in myself—and that belief was the support I needed most."

"My husband and I have lived at Mirasol for two years, and appreciate all of the activities and services that Aspire provides for us. Social interaction is so important for seniors and we are thankful for the opportunities available to us through Aspire. And we cannot express enough gratitude for Brittany who coordinates our activities and provides backup bus service for the many residents who do not have vehicles. She is very caring, friendly, professional, and is a ray of sunshine every time she enters our Event Center.”

"The Resident Service Coordinator has been incredibly helpful. I’ve faced situations that felt overwhelming and impossible to fix, but thanks to their support, I’ve been able to overcome those challenges. Without their help, I might have fallen into deep depression or even felt hopeless. Now, I no longer carry those feelings, and I am truly grateful. Thank you!"
